Oct. 29, 2017: This Glance of Glory
A sumptuous English feast with Benjamin Britten’s Rejoice in the Lamb as the
evening’s entrée. Purcell, Elgar, Stanford and Tavener are also on the menu along
with other international and American favorites.

Dec. 16, 2017: Christmas in the City
This year’s edition continues in the vein and tradition of our Christmases of
yore…time-honored carols and classics of the season as well as surprises not
heard anywhere else in town.

May 5, 2018: (Out of) the Gates of Morning
The Gates of Morning is composed by Charlotte native Dan Locklair,
arguably the most famous composer of this region. And, yet, concert-goers would
be hard-pressed to name a single work emanating from his pen. Contemporary– –
yes; listenable and lyrical– – certainly! Also works by Palestrina, Schütz, Rutter and more.
